You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or create an account on How Much ("the Service"). Age attestation at sign-up is a binding representation. Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated and reported.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for every action taken under your account. You agree to notify How Much immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.
Creators retain ownership of their uploaded content and grant How Much a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and deliver that content to their subscribers and paying members. Creators represent and warrant that they own or have licensed all rights to their content and that every performer depicted is 18+ with signed consent.
All payments on How Much settle in Vertcoin (VTC). Crypto transactions are final; chargebacks are not possible. How Much takes a 5% platform fee on paid interactions (subscriptions, PPV, pay-per-DM, invoices). Recruiter referrals, where applicable, carry a separate commission disclosed in the creator's profile.
You may not upload, send, or promote: content involving minors; non-consensual material; content depicting extreme violence or harm; illegal drugs; personally identifying third parties without their consent; or anything that violates U.S. federal law.
How Much may terminate an account for violation of these Terms. Creators may withdraw or graduate their wallet at any time subject to withdrawal policies in the Wallet section.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. How Much disclaims liability for losses arising from wallet key exposure the user caused, third-party platforms, or chain-level events outside our control.
